NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st October 1949 .
No. 1 (4) -30 (2 ) /49 . In cxercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Drugs Control Ordinance , 1949 ( No. XXVI of 1949) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Supply No. I- ( IV) /1- Drugs dated the 3rd October , 1949 , namely : -
In the Schedule to the said Notification , after the entry " Insulin ' Well- come' I Globin (with zinc)-80 units per c.c. 5 cc " under the heading " Burroughs Wellcome & Co. , Bombay " , the following words shall be inserted , namely :-
" The Crookes Laboratories Ltd. , Bombay . "
ORDER
ORDERED that a copy of the above Notification be communicated to all Provincial Governments and Administrations , all Ministries of the Government of India , Cabinet Secretariat , Prime Minister's Secretariat , the Indian Trade Commissioners , all Indian Embassies , the High Commissioner for India , Lon- don , His Majesty's Trade Commissioner in India , all Chambers of Commerce and Associations , the Director of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics , Cal- cutta , the High (Commissioner for India in l'akistan, Karachi , the High Com- missioner for Pakistan in India, New Delhi , and the Secretary , Indian Tariff Board .
ORDERED also that it be published in the Gazette of India .
