Open General Licence No. II issued by the Central Govern ment in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the late Department of Commerce , No. 23- ITC/ 48 , dated the 1st July 1948 , as con- tinued in force by the Imports and Exports (Control) Act , 1947 (XVIII of 1947), and published with the notification of the Government of India in the Late Department of Commerce , No. 18 - ITC / 47 , dated the 4th June 1947, i hereby cancelled except in respect of goods of any description covered by the said licence which have been despatched to India on or before the 30th November 1940 .
