In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (XIV of 1947) , the Central Government is plead to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules , 1947, the same having been previously published as required by sub - section (1) of the said section , namely : --
Amendment
Rule 12 of the said Rules shall be deleted .
