NOTIFICATION
No. Sv- 101 ( 8 ) /49.-In exorcise of the powers conferred by Section Coth Essential Supplies Temporary Powers Act 1946 , (XXIV of 1946 ) , the cont Government is pleased to direct that the powers conferred on it to order under Sub - Section (4) of Section 3 of the said Act shall in the maintaining or increasing the production and supply of sugar be also exercisable by the Government of Bihar in the Province of Bihar .
