Section 2 of the Government of tral Government of the Schedulo No/3 -T (9) /49. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (2 ) and Indianfariff Act , 1934 ( XXXII of 1934 ), and in supersession of the Notificatio India the Ministry of Commerce , No. 73 -T ( 7 )/48 , dated the 22nd December 194 isplead to fix, with effe et from the 1st January 1950, for the artioles specified in cou42 heretonnexed , being arti cles enumerated, either specifically or under general heading in the first Schedulo to thaid Act , the tariff values specified in the corresponding entry in column thereo
TE 1. The tariff value so specified shall unless otherwise expressly provided up is assedto duty under the item in the First Schedule to the said Act specified- in t in amn 1 of the Schedule annexed hereto or under any other item . hether the article fresponding entry
