ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th June 1956
•—Whereas it appears to the Central Government to be necessary rol over the Shiv Prasad Banarsidas Sugar Mills, Bijnor (District after referred to as "the undertaking") for the purpose of main- •ung the production and supply of sugar;
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of atial Commodities Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), the Central thorises the Collector, Bijnor (hereinafter referred to as ") to exercise with respect to the undertaking the fol-
rol namely:—

(v) to issue directions to any person having any functions of management in relation to the undertaking to perform any other act which may be necessary for carrying on the business of the undertaking:
Provided that directions to undertake any recurring liabilities shall not bt issued by the authorised controller without the previous sanction of thel Govern- ment of Uttar Pradesh;
Provided further that directions to undertake any non-recurring liabilities shall not be issued by the authorised controller except on the security of sugar in stock with the undertaking,
2. This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
