No. 436 ( 1 ) -PT.III/ 62.- The Government of India announce with profound regret the death of His Excellency Mr. Nara- pratap Thapa, Ambassador of Nepal in India, on the 1st August , 1962.
His Excellency Mr. Narapratap Thapa has been the Ambassador of Nepal in India since the 18th May , 1961 .
The Government of India place on record their deep sense of sorrow on the untimely and tragic passing away of a diplomat of high distinction and personal charm. They have conveyed to the Government of Nepal and to the bereaved family their deepest sympathy .
