ORDER
New Delhi , the 17th August , 1962
G.S.R. 1091 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , in addition to the quantity already fixed for export , 50,000 ( fifty thousand ) metric tons of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this Order and ending with the 31st day of December , 1962 .
