NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th August 1962
S.O. 2604. Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of the Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal , Dhanbad, constituted by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 103 dated the 11th January , 1960 read with S.O. 457 dated the 16th February , 1961 ;
Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Raj Kishore Prasad as Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal constituted as aforesaid .
