NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st August 1962
S.R.O. 1 - E .- Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the ad- ministration of BABINA CANTONMENT , it is desirable that the term of Office of the Cantonment Board be further extended .
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to the sub - section ( 4 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the Cantonment Board Babina , for a further period of one year with effect from 22nd August 1962 .
