S.O. 2666.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , in additionadd to the officersicers appointed in its notification No. 100/ 1/2/62 (4 ) , dated the 18th July, 1962 , the officers specifled in column 2 of the Table below , to assist the Returning Officer for the Chittoor Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh , specified in the corresponding entry in column 1 of that Table , in the performance of his functions :--
