IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 22nd August 1962
SUBJECT : -Amendment in Annexure III of Appendix 23 to the current Import Trade Control Red-Book .
No. 104 - ITC ( PN ) /62.-In modification of Public Notice No. 93 - ITC ( PN ) / 62 , dated the 31st July , 1962 , it has been decided to make the following amendments in Annexure III to Appendix 23 of the current Red- Book :-
( i ) Against S. No. 6 ( manufacture of Diamonds ) in column No. 7 , the following remarks may be added:-
"The import of Rhodium Solution and Platinum Solders will be restrict . ed to 5 per cent of the face value of the licence . "
( ii ) Against S. No. 7-cut and polished precious stones or jewellery set
with precious stones in column No. 3 , the entry of Synthetic stones (other than white and red ) may be deleted and in column No. 7 , the following remarks may be added:-
"The import of Rhodium Solution and Platinum Solders will be restrict- ed to 5 per cent of the face value of the licences . "
2. The following new entry may be added after S. No. 7 of the Annexure III :-
