G.S.R. 1130.-/ Sugar- Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) G.S.R. 761 -A/ Sugar - Export , dated the 3rd June , 1961 , namely:-
In the said Order , for the expression " 31st day of August , 1962 " , the expression " 30th day of September , 1962 " shall be substituted .

G.8.R. 1131 .-/ Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30(30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) G.S.R. No. 1185 / Sugar -Export , dated the 26th September , 1961 , namely:-
In the said Order , for the expression " 31st day of August , 1962 " , the expression " 30th day of September , 1962 " shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1132 .-/ Sugar- Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) G.S.R. No. 220 / Sugar -Export dated the 16th February, 1962 , namely :-
In the said Order , for the expression " 31st day of August , 1962 " , the expression " 30th day of September , 1962 " shall be substituted.
