New Delhi , the 29th August 1962
G.S.R. 1180 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- ection ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , he Central Government hereby fixes , in addition to the quantity already fixed or export, 50,000 ( fifty thousand ) metric tons of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of his Order and ending with the 31st day of December , 1962 .
