S.O 2669. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 -B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 (Act 9 of 1890 ) the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Krishna Saran Pandey , retired District Judge , Government of Bihar , as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the Railway accident involving 6 Down Amritsar Howrah Mail at Dumraon Station on the main line of Dinapore Division of the Eastern Railway on 21st July , 1962. His headquarters will be at Patna
