NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st August 1962
G.S.R. 1181 .--In pursuance of clause 3 of the Fertiliser ( Control ) Order , 1957 , the Central Government her by makes the following amendments to the Notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Depart- ment of Agriculture ) No. G.S.R. 1545 , dated the 30th December , 1961 , namely : - 1. In the said Notification , --
(i ) in the preamble for the expression " Ist January , 1962 " the expression " 1st September , 1962 " shall be substituted ;
( ii ) clause ( a ) shall be omitted ;
( iil) in clause ( b ) ,-
(a) the words " in any other State or Union territory " shall be omitted; and
(b) for the figure " 3 " the figure " 2 " shall be substituted ;
(iv) in clause ( c ) for the words and figures " co "column 4 , 5 , 6 , or 7 " the words and figures " column 3 , 4, 5 or 6 " shall be substituted;
(v) in the Schedule ,-
( a) the sub- headings " in West Bengal or Assam or Manipur or Tripura" and " in any other State or Union territory " shall be omitted ;
(b) column 2 and the entries thereunder shall be omitted ; and
(c) columns 3 to 8 shall be renumbered as columns 2 to 7 respectively .
2. This Notification shall come into force on the 1st September , 1962 .
