SUBJECT : -Amendments to Appendix 23 of Red - Book for April 1962-March 1968 .
No. 155 - ITC ( PN )/62.-Attention is invited to Appendix 23 to the Import Trade Control Red - Book for April 1962-March 1963 .
2. It has been decided to delete the entry " Asbestos Products ( Lagging , Yarn, packing etc. ) " at S. No. 8 of Annexure I of Appendix 23 ( page 522 ) in view of its inclusion in the Special Export Promotion Scheme for Chemicals and Allied Products ,
3.It has also been decided that the entries relating to Pencils and Safety Matches at S. Nos . 9 and 17 of Annexure III of Appendix 23 may be deleted and the following entry introduced as S. No. 9 ( page 539 ) :-
