NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st November 1962
G.S.R. 1457.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 ( 46 of 1959 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the 12- Year National Defence Certificates which will be issued from the 15th November , 1962 .
