No. 17 -E, dated 2nd Nov. 1962. Whereas a grave emergency has been pro- claimed in the country
Now, therefore , in pursuance of paragraph 6 ( b ) of Army Instruction I / S of 1954 , Para 8 ( b ) of Regulations for the Army in India Reserve of Officers and Para 6 ( b ) of Army Instruction 186 of 1955 , the President directs that officers of the AMC Reserve , AIROs Med Cat 8 and officers of the AD Corps Reserve are liable to be recalled to service in the Regular Army . Orders for recall of indi- vidual officers will be issued by the Director General , Armed Forces Medical Services .
