S.O. 3340 - A . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 -B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 ( Act 9 of 1890 ) , the Central Government have decided that the Notification No. E. ( O ) II - 62AP1 / 3 , dated the 17th October , 1962 , published in Part 2 , Sub - section ( 11 ) of Section 3 of the Government of India Gazette Extra- Ordinary Issue dated Thursday the 18th October , 1962 , may be treated as cancelled and that the headquarters of Shri Krishna Saran Pandey , retired District Judge , Government of Bihar , re - employed as Additional Judicial Com- missioner , Ranchi , and who has been appointed as Claims Commissioner to deal with all claims for compensation arising out of the Railway accident involving 6 -Down Amritsar Howrah Mail at Dumraon Station on the main line of Dinapore Division of the Eastern Railway on 21st July , 1962 , will be at Patna ,
