NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th Janнагу 1963
S.O. 50.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Advocates Act , 1961 ( 25 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the fourth day of January, 1963 as the date on which the provisions of section 32 and Chapter VI [ except section 46 , sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2 ) of section 50 , sections 51 and 52 which have already been brought into force ] of the said Act shall come into force .
