In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Sugar Dealers ( Removal of Licensing Restrictions ) Order, 1961. published with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. GSR 1210 dated 28th September , 1961.
