IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT: -Import of Palladium solders [ S. No. 17 ( a ) -II ] against export of jewellery studded with precious stones and diamonds under Export Promotion Scheme .
No. 2 - ITO ( PN ) /63.-Attention is invited to the Government of India , Ministry of Commerce & Industry Public Notice No. 104 - ITC ( PN ) / 62 , dated the 22nd August , 1962 , regarding import of Rhodium Solution and Platinum SoldersSold upto 5 per cent of the face value of licences issued for Rough Diamonds and Precious Stones , etc.
2. It has been decided that the import of Palladium Solders [ S. No. 17 ( a ) / II ] will also be allowed within the same percentage viz . 5 per cent of the face value of licences issued for Rough Diamonds and Precious stones .
