G.S.R. 59. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 113 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby appoints for the State of Uttar Pradesh a Compensation Tribunal with its headquarters at Lucknow to exercise the functions conferred by rules 111 and 112 of the said Rules . The Compensation Tribunal shall consist of-
1. Shri S. B. Malik , District Judge , Lucknow and
2. Shri S. R. Jha , Appellate Assistant Commissioner , Lucknow , as its members .

G.S.R. 60.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 113 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby appoints for the State of Bihar a Compensation Tribunal with its headquarters at Patna to exercise the functions conferred by rules 111 and 112 of the said Rules . The Compensation Tribunal shall consist of-
1. Shri Chandrika Prasad Sinha , District and Sessions Judge , Patna and 2. Shri G. Ghosh , Inspecting Assistant Commissioner , Patna
as its members .
