NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th January 1963
S.O. 115. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 126J of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Gold Board and appoints the following persons as the members thereof:-
( 1) Shri G. B. Kotak , C/ o Kotak and Co. , Navsari Buildings , 240 , Dadabhai Naoroji Road, Bombay - 1 ,-Chairman .
( ii) Shri B. N. Banerji, Member , Central Board of Revenue and ex - officio Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Finance , Revenue Department , New Delhi - Метвет .
( iii ) Shri A. Baksi , Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs , New Delhi-Member; and
( iv) Shri N. A. Sarma , C / o Reserve Bank of India , Central Office , Bombay- Member .
2. Shri N. A. Sarma shall act also as the Secretary to the Board.
