ORDER
New Delhi , the 9th January 1963
G.S R. 90. Whereasin the opinion of the Central Government issue No. 47 and 48 dated the 30th Noveraber , 1962 of the period.cal entitled " Peking Review " , a document published by Peking Review , Pai Wan Chuang , Peking ( 37 ) and printed 11 the People's Repub ic of China , contains prejudicial reports as defined in clause (7) of rule 35 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 45 of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby-
(a) pr hibits the further sale or distribution of the sald document or any extract therefrom or of any translation thereof , and the sale or dis- tribution of any subsequent issue of the said document ;
(b ) declares the said issue and every copy or translation thereof or extract therefrom , to be forfeited to Government ; and
(c ) directs every person possessing any copy of the said issue to deliver the same to the local police authorities .
