G.S.R. 92. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Sea Customs Act , 1878 ( 8 of 1878 ) , the Central Government hereby prohibits thethe bringing by sea or by land into India of any issue of the Tamil weekly entitled " Desabhimani" , edited and published by Hassan Mohideen Packeer Mohideen at Colombo , Ceylon , or any extract from , or reprint of, or any translation of, or other document repro- ducing any matter contained in , any issue of the said weekly .
