NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th January 1963
No. CH ( 1 ) -6 ( 9 ) / 61 . The prices of Soda Ash announced in Resolution No. CH ( I ) -6 ( 9 ) / 61 dated the 5th January , 1962 and contained under Notification of even number dated the 31st December , 1962 , are hereby revised as under :-
( a) The ceiling price ( ex - works ) of light Soda Ash shall be Rs . 19.50 nP per 50 Kg . i.e. Rs . 390 per tonne ;
(b ) The ceiling price ( ex - works ) of Heavy Soda Ash shall be Rs . 25 per tonne above the ceiling price for light Soda Ash;
(c) It has been decided not to fix prices for light Soda Ash and Heavy Soda Ash on the basis of ex - port- town delivery . The above celling prices are inclusive of selling commission , but exclusive of handling charges , local taxes , excise duty and transportation charges .
( d ) These prices will come into force immediately and be in operation till further notice .
