ORDER
New Delhi , the 21st Janиату 1963
S.O. 245 IDRA/18A/ 1 / 63.- Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that M/ s . Harinagar Sugar Mill Ltd. , Harinagar , District Champaran , Bihar , an indus- trial undertaking in respect of which an Investigation has been made under section 15 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the sugar industry and to public interest ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby authorises the body of persons ( in this Order referred to as the Board of Management ) , to take over the management of the whole of the sald undertaking , namely , Harinagar Sugar Mill Ltd. , Harinagar , District Champaran , Bihar .
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the following , namely :-

( 1 ) Shri L. G. Rajwade , Joint Secretary ( Sugar ) , Ministry of Food and Agri- culture ( Department of Food ) , New Delhi.

( 2 ) Shri D. D. Puri , M.P. , C / o Saraswati Sugar Mills Ltd. , Yamunanagar , Distt . Ambala ( Punjab ) .
( 3 ) Shri D. R. Narang , C / o Basti Sugar Mills Ltd. , Basti ( Distt . Basti ) .
(4 ) Shri L. Dayal , Secretary , Department of Cooperation and Sugarcane , Bihar Government , Patna .
( 5 ) Shri R. R. Panje , Director , Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research , Rai Bareilly Road , Lucknow .

3. This Order shall have effect for a period of three years .
