NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th January 1963
G.S.R. 159 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sec- tion ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , in addition to the quantity already fixed for export , 11 lakh ( one lakh) metric tons of sugarsugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this notifica- tion and ending with the 30th day of April , 1963 .
