S.O. 247/ESS.COMM/Iron & Steel/15(D/AM(13).—The following Notification issued by the Iron & Steel Controller under proviso to clause 15(1) of the Iron & Steel (Control) Order, 1956, is published for general information.
"NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Sub-clause (1) of Clause 15 of the Iron & Steel (Control) Order, 1956 as amended from time to time and with the approval of the Central Government, the Iron & Steel Controller hereby notifies the following revised concessional Col. I & II maximum selling prices (Base) for Prime quality steel and semis for fabrication of Engg. Products for Export only in supersession of previous Notification published in Part II-Section 3(ii) of Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 7th July, 1962.

The General & Special Conditions of sale remain the same as before.
The above prices come into effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India and notwithstanding the rates at which an order has been booked or materials paid for shall apply to all deliveries effected on or after that date.
