G.S.R. 160. In exercise of the powers conferred by section19 of the Sea Customs powers Act , 1878 ( 8 of 1878 ) , the Central Government hereby prohibits the bringing by sea or by land into India of any copy of the book styled " Nepal " by Toni Hagen pub- lished by Kummerely and Frey , Berne , Switzerland , or any extract from , or reprint. of . or any translation of, or other document reproducing any matter contained in the said book .
