S.O. 318. In pursuance of section 3 of the Delimitation Commission Act , 1962 ( 61 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Delimitation Com- mission consisting of-
( 1 ) Shri J. L. Kapur , retired Judge of the Supreme Court ,
(2 ) Shri C. P. Sinha , retired Chief Justice of the Assam High Court , and (3 ) the Chief Election Commissioner , ex - officio ; and nominates Shri J. L. Kapur to be the Chairman of the Commission .
