NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th February 1963
S.O. 424. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 126 I of the Defence of India Rules , 1962 , the Central Government hereby specifles the period upto and including the twenty - eighth day of February, 1963 as the period within which the declaration referred to in the said sub - rule shall be made .

ERRATUM
In notification No. 2 ( 95 ) E - III / 62 of the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Expenditure ) , dated 23rd January , 1963 , published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II- Section 3 ( 11 ) dated 25th January , 1963 ( Issue No. 16 ) as S.O. 248 , the signatory of the notification on page 63 , may be read as " R. P. PADHI , It . Secy . " in place of " R. P. PADHI , Dy . Secy ." .
