New Delhi , the 11th February 1963
S.O. 489. The following Order made by the President on February 8 , 1963 , is published for general information : ---
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 77 of the Consti- tution , the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely: -
In the said Rules-
(A) in the First Schedule , for entry 2 , the following entry shall be substi- tuted , namely :-
" 2. Ministry of Community Development and Co - operation:
( i ) Department of Community Development .
( ii ) Department of Co - operation . " ; and
( B) in the Second Schedule , for the existing heading "Ministry of Com- munity Development , Panchayati Raj & Cooperation " and sub - heading "A. Department of Community Development and Panchayati Raj ", the following shall be substituted , namely ,
"Ministry of Community Development and Cooperation .
A. Department of Community Development" .
