NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February 1963
S.O. 490. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the Indian Railways Act , 1890 ( Act IX of 1890 ) , the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Srish Chandra Lala, District and Sessions Judge , Darbhanga , as Claims Commissioner , in addition to his own duties , to deal with all claims for com- pensation arising out of the Railway accident involving 2 Down AT Mail and 35 Up Passenger at Umeshnagar on the North Eastern Railway on 4th January , 1963. His headquarters will be at Darbhanga .
