NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 25th February 1963
G.S.R. 326 / Sugar - Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) G.S.R. No. 614/ Sugar - Export, dated the1st May, 1962 , namely:-
In the said Order , for the expression " 28th day of February , 1963 " , the expression " 31st day of March , 1963 " , shall be substituted .
