NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd February 1963
S.O. 576. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its notification No. 434 / WB / 61 ( 1 ) , dated the 3rd January , 1962 , namely :-
In the Table appended to the said notification , in column 2 , against items Nos . 16 and 17, for the entry "Assistant Secretary , Home ( Constitu- tion and Elections ) Department , Government of West Bengal " , the entry " Shri S. C. Niyogi , Assistant Director of Panchayats , Govern- ment of West Bengal and Shri T. K. Sarkar, Special Officer , Electoral Registration Officer's Office , Calcutta ," shall be substituted .
