NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th February 1963
G.S.R. 363.In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Agricul- tural Procedure (Development & Warehousing ) Corporations Act , 1956 ( 28 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Agricultural Produce ( Developinent and Warehousing ) Corporations Rules , 1956 , namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Agricultural Produce ( Development and Warehousing ) Corporations ( Amendment ) Rules , 1963 .
2. In rule 19 of the Agricultural Produce ( Development and Warehousing) Corporations Rules , 1956 , in sub - rule ( 2a ) , for the words " six years " the words "six and a quarter years " shall be substituted.
