ORDERS
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 2nd March 1963
S.O. 579. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order--after item 35 , the following item shall be added :-
" 36. Flue cured virginia tobacco ."

S.O. 580.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Cetnral Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:-
1. In Part A of Schedule I to the said order after item 11 , the following shall be added :-
" 12. Brood lac and any lac containing living insects . "
2. In Part B of Schedule I to the said order , for item 31 , the following shall be substituted :-
" 31. Shellac , seed lac , button lac , garnet lac and all other forms of lac or manufactures thereof including stick lac and refuse lac but exclu- ding brood lac and any lac containing living insects . "
