NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th March 1963
G.S.R. 458.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (28 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the 14th day of March, 1963 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force
G.S.R. 457.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the National Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1982 (26 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the 14th March, 1963 as the date on which the National Co-operative Development Corporation shall be established.
G.S.R. 458.—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the National Co- operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment hereby notifies that the National Co-operative Development Corporation shall consist of the following members, namely:
