G.S.R. 509.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 2 ) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules , 1957 , the Chairman , after consultation with the Ministry of Finance , hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to those Rules with effect from the 20th March , 1963 , namely :-
In the First Schedule to the sald Rules-
(a) under the heading " Class II Gazetted" the serial number of the existing entries relating to item " 8A. Assistant Research Officer . .1 " shall be re-numbered as " 8" and after the entries relating to that item as so re - numbered the following entries shall be inserted , namely:-
