NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd March , 1963 .
S.O. 875.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 16 of the Employees' Provident Funds Act , 1952 ( 19 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby exempts for a period of six months from the 30th September , 1962 to the 31st March , 1963 from the provisions of the said Act , such class of establishments as are factories in the cashewnut industry as were covered by the said Act by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. G.S.R. 1125 dated the 18th August , 1962 and the employees in which were not entitled on the 30th September , 1962 to benefits in the nature of provident fund , gratuity or old age pension .

ERRATA
In Notification No. C5-12 ( 17 ) / 62-1 , dated 1st March , 1963 of the Ministry of Mines and Fuel , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II- Section 3 ( ii ) , dated 1st1st March ,March , 1963 (Issue No.No. 36 ) as S.O. 577 , the following corrections are to be made :-
(1) On page 109 , in Table VI , in the last line, the figure " 8'33 " should read "8-23 ".
(2) On page 110 , under Explanation ( i ) ( b ) , the word " delecredere " should read " del credere " .
