ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 27th March 1963
S.O. 943. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
InPart B of Schedule I to the above Order- after entry ( iii) of item 16 , the following shall be added:
" ( iv ) Export to U.S.A. of the following varieties of cotton textiles :-
(a) Sheeting , carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 009 ;
(b) Print cloth type shirting , other than 80 × 80 type carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 019 ;
( c) Twill and sateen , carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 022 ;
(d) Fabrics , n.e.s , carded yarn , I.C.T.A. Code No. 026. "
