ORDER
New Delhi , the 29th March 1963
G.S.R. 571. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Koller Flour Mills Wheat Products ( Price Con- trol ) Order , 1962 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Delhi Roller Flour Mills Wheat Products (Price Control ) Amendment Order , 1963 .
2. In the Delhi Roller Flour Mills Wheat Products ( Price Control ) Order , 1962 ,-
( 1) after clause 2 , the following clause shall be inserted , namely : -
" 2A . Maximum Ex - mill price of maida packed in polythene bags . Notwith- standing anything contained in clause 2, the owner or other person referred to in that clause may sell , or offer for sale , ex - mill , maida packed in polythene bags in quantities of 1 kg . and 2 kg . at prices not exceeding 58 nP . and Rs . 116 respectively";
(2) in clause 3 , after the word and figure " clause 2 " , the words and figure " or clause 2A " shall be inserted ;
( 3 ) after clause 4 , the following clause shall be inserted , namely : -
" 5. Maximum retail price of maida packed in polythene bags . No person shall sell or offer for sale , in retail , maida packed in polythene bags in quantities of 1 kg . and 2 kg . at prices exceeding 62 nP . and Rs . 1.24 respectively."
