New Delhi , the 29th March 1963
S.O. 1022. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Copyright Act, 1957 ( 14 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the International Copyright Order , 1958 , namely:-
( 1) This Order may be called the International Copyright ( Second Amend- ment ) Order , 1963 .
( 2) It shall come into force on the 16th April, 1963.
( 3) In the International Copyright Order , 1958 , in Part II of the Schedule , after the entry " Ecuador " , the entry " Finland" shall be inserted.
