NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th March 1963
G.S.R. 574.- In pursuance of section 7 of the Warehousing Corporations Act 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , and in continuation of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 465 dated 16th March , 1963 and No. G.S.R. 513 dated 22nd March , 1963 , the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Madho Lal B. Shah , Chairman , Gujarat State Co - operative Union , Ahmedabad has been nominated by the National Co- operative Development Corporation under clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 as a director of the Central Warehousing Corporation established under the said Act .
