ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th March 1963
G.S.R. 576.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Starch Manufac- ture) Order, 1963 , namely: -
1. This Order may be called the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Starch Manufacture ) Amendment Order, 1963 .
2. For sub- clause ( 3 ) of clause 1 of the Indian Maize ( Temporary Use in Starch Manufacture ) Order , 1963 , the following sub - clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(8) It shall remain in force till the 30th day of April, 1963. "
