S.O. 1021. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434 /GJ/ 61 , dated the 21st October , 1961 , namely : -
In the Table appended to the said notification , in column 3 against item No. 17 , for the entry "4. Prant Officer , Chhota - Udepur " , the entry " 4 Prant Officer , Baroda" , shall be substituted .
