ORDER

New Delhi, the 5th April 1963

S.O. 1025.—In pursuance of the Directions issued under the provisions of each of the enactments specified in the First Schedule annexed hereto, the Central Gov- ernment after considering the recommendation of the Film Advisory Board, Bom- bay hereby approves the film specified in column 2 of the Second Schedule annexed hereto in all its language versions to be of the description specified against it in column 6 of the said Second Schedule.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE

1. Sub-Section (4) of Section 12 and Section 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act XXXVII of 1952).
